Carrie Ridgeway, a board member of the Forest Hill Cemetery Association, appeared on The Morning Show on GIANT fm to talk about ongoing efforts to improve the cemetery.

Ridgeway also discussed the rules and regulations regarding summer decorations that have been in existence for years but lacked enforcement and why they are being enforced now.
