Kenneth L. Bullard, 75 of Flat Rock, IN passed away at his residence May 17, 2021.
 

He was born March 16, 1946 in Decatur County the son of the late, William Robert Bullard and Nellie Jean (Green) Miller. 

He is survived by his loving wife Donna S. (Platt) Bullard.  Other survivors include children, Gregory S. (Regina) Bullard of Columbus, IN;  Richard A. Bullard of Columbus, IN; Krystle M. (Bryce) Mitchell of Columbus, IN. His siblings, Wilma Jean Spears and Fred R. Miller; 9 grandchildren and 13 great
grandchildren.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Sheila R, Branaman; brothers,
Robert E. Bullard, and Thomas Miller.

He was a lifetime member of this area. He was a retired Professional Truck Driver for over 50 years.
He was a graduate of St. Paul High School and was a member of the ABATE, Southeastern Beagle Club, and Edinburgh American Legion. Kenneth was a US Air Force Veteran.

Visitation will be on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 5 to 8pm at Glenn E. George Funeral Home, 106 E. Franklin St., St. Paul, IN.

Graveside services will be on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 9:30AM at the Moscow Cemetery, Rush County, IN.
