Dyllan Rutledge had two hits, scored three runs and pitched a five-inning one-hitter Monday in Morristown’s 16-0 win over Anderson Prep (1-10).
Bryce Bryant drove in two runs for Morristown (8-7).
The Yellow Jackets had eight hits and 14 walks in the win.

New Palestine 173, Triton Central 181
At Hawk’s Tail Golf Course, New Pal secured an eight-stroke victory over Triton Central and Warren Central, who only had three golfers.
Triton Central’s Oliver Gearlds was the medalist with the low round of 39.
TC scored a 132-159 win over Warren Central.
Girls tennis
Edinburgh 3, Southwestern 2
The Spartans could not find a third victory to defeat the Lancers.
At No. 1 singles, Edinburgh’s Jessica Walsh defeated Ella Rice, 6-0, 6-0.
Edinburgh’s Izzy Richardson bested Tori Burkhart at No. 3 singles, 6-3, 6-0.
And the No. 2 doubles pairing of Mia Dodson and Lily Turner defeated Lily DeSpain and Kate Coffman, 6-1, 6-4.
Southwestern got a singles victory from Aurora Belton at No. 2 singles. She topped Zoey Sida, 6-4, 6-3.
Southwestern’s No. 1 doubles pairing of McKinley Correll and Lauryn Blondell cruised by Jillian Turner and Gracie Myers, 6-1, 6-2.
