Gloria A. Frost, 82, of Shelbyville passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Ashford Place Health Campus in Shelbyville.

She was born September 26, 1937, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Albert Lowe and Margaret (Utsler) Mahan. On May 12, 1957, she married George John “Jack” Frost, and he preceded her in death.

Gloria is survived by her four sons, Jeff Frost and Trudy, of Columbus, David Frost and Cheryl, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, Matt Frost and Leigh, of Oakridge, Tennessee, and Mark Frost and Michele, of Shelbyville; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to George whom she was married to for 60 years, Gloria was preceded in death by her parents.

Gloria graduated in 1956 from Shelbyville High School.

She had been a volunteer at Benesse Oncology Center in Shelbyville.

A celebration of Gloria’s life will be held at a later date.

Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
