Frances M. Ertel Jacobs Wiley, 86 of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020
at Morristown Manor.

Born February 4, 1934 in Bloomington, Indiana, she was the daughter of Virgil and Dorothy
(Sargeant) Wildrick.  She married Wesley Ertel, Goble Jacobs, and Donald Wiley, and they
all preceded her in death.

Survivors include 2 daughters- Cindy Winkler (husband Tony) of Shelbyville, Ginger Jacobs
of Shelbyville; son Duane Jacobs of Indianapolis; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son David Ertel, brother Virgil "Bud" Wildrick, and
her 3 previous spouses.

Mrs. Wiley had lived in this area since 1971, after moving from Chicago, and had been a factory
worker at International Packings Corp. for several years.  She attended school  in Muncie.

Frances enjoyed country music, fishing, gambling, animals, riding horses, and was a very giving
person.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral 
Home, 437 Amos Road, with Rev. David Humphrey officiating. 

Burial will be in Elm Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Muncie. 

Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
