Eva 'Pamela' Hiner, 76, Shelbyville

Eva ‘Pamela’ Hiner, 76, of Shelbyville passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Golden Living Center in Greenfield.

 

She was born October 26, 1943 in Rushville to Willmer P. Wolfal and Eva Lenora (Bryant) Wolfal.

 

She married Richard Gregory Hiner on May 12, 1965 and he preceded her in death on November 25, 2008.

 

Mrs. Hiner is survived by her son, Brady (Kathy) Hiner of Shelbyville; her daughter, Lauren Hiner of Shelbyville, her sister, Nata B. (Roger) Parmley of Greencastle; her grandchildren, Brittany Newhouse (Michael Risley); Ian Newhouse, Jeremiah Newhouse, Chris (Crystal) Grayson and Constance Frazier, her great-grandchildren, Carson, Paisley, Rhyker, Easton, Alexandria, Tyler, Lexi, Rylan, Jase, Emery, and Merrick, her nieces and nephews, Josh, Heather, Dean, and Johnny.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her twin brother, Stanley Wolfal and her infant brother, Nathan.

 

Mrs. Hiner graduated from in 1961 from Rushville High School She worked several years as a legal secretary.

 

She attended Mainstreet Christian Church in Rushville.  She enjoyed listening to music.  She had a love for flowers, gardening and photography.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

Visitation will be Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, only 10 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a given time.  Funeral home staff will enforce social distancing and monitor the number of people in the building.

 

A private graveside service will be held Friday, May 1, 2020 in Madison, IN. with Reverend Jose Riviera, officiating.

 

Funeral Directors, Greg Parks, Sheila Parks, and Stuart Parks are honored to serve the Hiner family.
