Judie Ann Fisher, 82, of Shelbyville passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at her home.

She was born March 11, 1938, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Raymond W. and Mary E. (Rainey) Thornburg.

Judie is survived by her son, Phillip K. Fisher and fiance’, Amy Fisher, of Clinton Township, Michigan; and daughter, Beth Ann Bowen and husband, David, of Shelbyville; sisters, Rita Jo Thornburg and Myra Sue McDonald, both of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Junken and husband, Chris, Jessica Marie Fisher, Dylan Bowen and wife, Kristen, and Derek Bowen and wife, Stacy; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; two brothers; brothers-in-law, Wray McDonald and John Thornburg.

Judie graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1956, and completed a two-year secretarial course.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Judie retired from PK USA in 2004.

She also leaves behind her cat, Whitey.

A Celebration of Judie's life will be held at a later date.

Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
