Anthony R. "Tony" Bell, 63, of Rushville, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at his residence.

Born May 7, 1958 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Arthur Bell and Mary (Cartwright) Bell.

Survivors include 4 children- Amy Bell of Shelbyville, Jeremy Bell (wife WrayDeana) of Rushville, David Fields of Rushville, Amber Ogden of Rushville; 8 grandchildren- Keegan, Preston, Michael, David, Brianna, Blake, Caitlyn, Cheyann; and 2 great grandchildren- Ryeanna & Elaine.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson Cody Boyer.

Mr. Bell had lived in the Rushville area for 30 years, after moving from Indianapolis. He graduated from Arsenal Tech High School, and had been employed for many years, working with his hands, as a handyman.

Tony was always willing to help anyone with anything that needed done or repaired. He was a "Dad" to everyone, always putting everyone ahead of himself, and could fix anything.  He also enjoyed fishing with his family and friends.

No funeral services are planned at this time.
