Ricky A. "Rick" Walsman, 60, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021 

at his residence.

Born November 29, 1960 in Shelbyville, he was the son of Robert Lee Walsman

and Barbara Jean (Vierling) Walsman. 

Survivors include his son Zachary Walsman of Shelbyville; 8 siblings- Jeannie Walsman,

Randall Walsman, Kandus Walsman, Brenda Williams, Patricia Elliott, Judith Walsman, 

Timothy Walsman, Tammy Morgan; and one grandson Mason Walsman.  He was preceded 

in death by his parents, and a brother Bud Walsman.

Mr. Walsman was a lifelong resident of this area, and attended Shelbyville High School.  He

was a professional painter, working for several years  for Kent Properties of Shelbyville.

Rick enjoyed fishing, working in his yard, riding motorcycles, and hanging out with friends

and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with inurnment at Forest Hill Cemetery.
