Betty Catherine “B.C.” Williams, 96, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021, at Ashford Place Health Campus in Shelbyville.
Funeral services in November will be announced by Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
