Mattie Suzanne Cook, age 3, of Vandiver, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Mattie was born November 8, 2018.

She is survived by her parents, Justin and Meagan Cook; grandparents, Paul and Shirley Green, Tammy and Mike Acres; uncles, Bryce Green and Jonathan Cook (Morgan) and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the Vandiver Church of God from 12:00PM until 1:00PM.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the Vandiver Church of God beginning at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Lawley's Chapel Cemetery.
