Joyce M. McNeely, 89 of St. Paul, passed away at her residence on October 23, 2022.

She was born November 15, 1932 the daughter of the late William W. Stewart and May Ellen (Conner) Stewart. She married her beloved husband, Wilbert L. McNeely on April 11, 1953 and he preceded her in death on June 2003.

Her survivors include children, Diane J. McNeely of St. Paul, IN; Marjorie E. McNeely-Schene of St. Paul, Indiana; Kelly J. (Daniel) McNeely Bly of Kingsville, TX and Julie M. McNeely of Indianapolis, IN; her siblings, Mary (Gene) Wicker of Morristown, IN; Joseph (Gladys) Stewart of Shelbyville, IN and Richard Stewart of Waldron, IN; her grandchildren, George Becker, Samantha, Emily and Madeline McNeely. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Wilbert; and sons, David and Robert McNeely and a grandson, Matthew Schene.

Joyce was a lifetime resident of this area. She worked in the Greenhouse of Cunningham Gardens for 25 to 30 years. She was a member of the St. Paul Christian Church and a lifetime member of the Womens VFW Post 2695 Auxillary. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and she loved gardening and being with her grandchildren and getting together with her family. She also loved to travel.

Services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 am, October 27, 2022 in Glenn E. George FH, 106 E. Franklin St., St. Paul, IN. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 5 to 7 pm.Burial will be in Paul Hill Cemetery.
