Jason Ryan Miller, 39, of New Palestine

Jason Ryan Miller, 39, of New Palestine, passed away Thursday, May 18, surrounded by family, after a brief and very difficult battle with clear cell sarcoma.

Jason was born on August 17, 1983, in Beech Grove, IN, to Jeffery Lynn and Debra Ann (Condon) Miller. Jason is a 2002 graduate of New Palestine High School. He married the love of his life Amber Roeger 11 years ago.

Jason was a tremendously loving son, husband, father, brother, coworker, and friend to all who knew him and will be sadly missed. Jason was employed with CED Indy, for 17 years, until his untimely passing. He was an Account Manager who loved his work, loved his customers and coworkers, and found passion and an extended family in those that he worked alongside.

Jason also loved the Lord and attended Realife Church in Greenfield for many years.

But above all, Jason loved his family to the fullest. Jason and Amber shared 21 wonderful years together. They have 2 beautiful children whom they love with all they have. Jason was the best dad and husband and valued family time. He never missed an important moment, was always his son’s biggest fan on the sidelines and loved dancing with his tiny princess.

He enjoyed nice dinners, playing jokes on others, watching the kid’s events, traveling, fishing, going to the beach, cooking & smoking food, mushroom hunting, and being outdoors. “Miller” was a best friend to all and all that knew him became family: customers, coworkers, and neighbors. He was diagnosed with a very rare cancer in February 2023 and displayed such incredible strength, determination and courage as he fought until his very last breath.

Jason is survived by his loving wife Amber; their children: Brody Ryan Miller and Cassidy Renee Miller; father, Jeff Miller, mother, Debbie (Randy) Nichalson; grandmother, Phyllis Condon; siblings: Amy (Tom) Hinkle, Kim (Michael) Butler, and Lisa Miller; parents-in-law, Ed and Meryl (Mayberry) Roeger; brother-in-law, Scott Roeger; and many nieces and nephews.

Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield, is assisting the family during their loss.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Realife Church, 5151 West U.S. Highway 40, Greenfield.

All are welcome to the funeral service on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 11:00am, also at the church, officiated by Pastor Adam Detamore.

Burial will take place in Park Cemetery, Greenfield with lunch and a Celebration of Life to follow.
