A basketball fan could be blindfolded and know they are inside a gym.  The sounds:  ball bouncing on the hardwood, fans cheering, the squeak of shoes.  They are all familar. Especially, this time of year.

Dan brings materials you might expect when he comes to a game.  You'll find rosters and stat sheets in his folder.  However, you'll also find the legal pad and (down to a nub) pencil he was given when he started working as the Spartans public address announcer 30 years ago.
