Indiana High School Athletic Association commissioner Paul Neidig announced Wednesday the host sites for two spring state tournaments.

Following conversations with the IHSAA Executive Committee, the 2021 Boys, Girls and Unified Track and Field State Finals will be held at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis.

The boys meet will be contested on Friday, June 4, while the unified meet and the girls meet are set for Saturday, June 5.

The Softball State Finals will be played at Center Grove High School in Greenwood on Friday, June 11, and Saturday June 12.

The track meets had been planned for Indiana University’s Robert C. Haugh Track and Field Complex in Bloomington while the softball championship games had been scheduled for Purdue University’s Bittinger Stadium in West Lafayette.

Both universities confirmed last month they would be unable to host the IHSAA events with spectators on the scheduled dates.
