JoAnn Saunders-Hazelbaker, 62, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Franciscan Health Care, Indianapolis.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, June 18, 2021 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison St. Shelbyville.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Bennett Cemetery.
