Gwendelyn S. Lipinski, 73, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022

at MHP Medical Center.

Born October 30, 1948 in Matoon, Illinois, she was the daughter of Raymond Raymer and Betty (Hummel) Raymer.  She married Walter "Skip" Lipinski on September 21, 1974 and he preceded her October 13, 2008.  

Survivors include her mother Betty Raymer of Indianapolis; a son Donald Brian Lipinski of Indianapolis; and also several cousins, nieces, and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, and a sister Carol Raymer.

Mrs. Lipinski had lived in Shelbyville for 30 years, after moving from Fairland.  She graduated from Franklin Central High School in 1966, and was a home maker.

Gwen was an accomplished artist, and had written gardening articles for the Shelbyville News for a time.

No funeral services are planned at this time.
