Former St. Paul resident, Marilyn J. Moore, 87, of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.
Born February 12, 1936 in St. Paul, she was the daughter of Mildred (Reed) Mark. She married Jerry "Pat" Moore on December 21, 1954 and he preceded her on July 15, 2009.
Survivors include 3 daughters- Karen Meyerrose (husband Greg) of Greensburg, Kathleen Dellarosa (husband Terry) of Florida, Melinda Glanton of Florida; 4 grandchildren- Brandi Skaggs (husband Jason), Dustin Meyerrose, Alan Meyerrose, Megan Knighton (husband Jake); and 4 great grandchildren- Kami Newton, Karaline Newton, Dominic Iovino, and Charlotte Knighton. She was preceeded in death by her parents and her spouse.
Mrs.Moore had lived in this area her entire lifetime and graduated from St. Paul High School in 1954, and from Indiana Business School. She had been a teller for 24 years at Key Bank until her retirement in 1998. She was a lifetime member of the Union Chapel Church in St. Paul, and a member of the Ladie's Euchre Club, Bingo, and many other clubs in Florida where she resided in the winter.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Union Chapel Church, 4647 N. CR. 700 W., St. Paul, with burial at a later date. Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning, from 11:00 am until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Union Chapel Church, the Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer Society, or the Greensburg Adult Center, in care of the funeral home.
