Michael Scott "Scotty"/ "Rich E. Rich" Dover, 31, of Indianapolis

Michael Scott "Scotty"/ "Rich E. Rich" Dover, 31, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at his residence.

Born August 7, 1992 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Anthony Scott Dover and Kimberly Sue Lewis.

Survivors include his mother Kimberly Lewis of Indianapolis; father Anthony Scott Dover and stepmother Amy Elmore of Indianapolis; 3 brothers Brandon Dover of Indianapolis, Ronnie Redden of Eubank, Kentucky, Mason Elmore of Indianapolis; sister Mackenzie Elmore of Indianapolis; great grandmother Linda Mandrell, grandmothers- Deb Engle and Teresa Redden, grandparents Rob & Jill Lewis, and grandfather Louis Schmitt. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, great aunts and great uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister Madison Elmore.

Mr. Dover had lived in this area his entire lifetime, and graduated from Central Nine in Greenwood. He was involved in the music production industry and was a musical artist. Scotty loved his wiener dog Franklin.  He enjoyed music, singing, and social media. He had an off beat sense of humor that was hilarious to some and confusing to others! He was quick witted and intelligent, "a man of few words".

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, with Rick Hayes officiating.

Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery in Decatur County.

Friends may call on Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 noon until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
