Morristown’s gymnastics team continued to show improvement with a strong finish Saturday at the Franklin Central Invitational.

The nine-team meet was won by Bloomington North with 106.75 points. Angola was a close second at 106.2. Roncalli finished third at 102.5

Completing the field were Martinsville (98.95), Bloomington South (97.15), Lapel (93.8), Morristown (82.35), Fishers (76.85) and Frankton (35.6).

No Morristown gymnast placed in the four individual events or the all-around competition.

Morristown will travel to Shelbyville tonight for a head-to-head meet at Girls Inc. at 6 p.m.
