Shelbyville's Edwards, TC's Graham selected for Hoosier Gym Classic All-Star Game

The rosters have been announced for the 18th Annual Hoosier Gym Classic All-Star games at historic Hoosier Gym in Knightstown.

The girls/boys doubleheader is April 29. Tickets are $25 with access to both games, but are limited to 450 tickets, which may be purchased at thehoosiergym.com.

The girls game tips off at noon with the boys game to follow.

The girls game will feature a pair of Shelby County athletes.

Shelbyville’s Kylee Edwards, a Mississippi State softball recruit, and Triton Central’s Lizzie Graham, who will play basketball collegiately at Indiana University South Bend, have been selected for the prestigious event.

Other girls committed to the game are Fishers’ Hailey Smith and Olivia Smith, Hobart’s Asia Donald, New Palestine’s Isabella Gizzi, Pioneer’s Ashlynn Brooke, Mishawaka Marian’s McKaya Porter and Nevaeh Foster, Columbus East’s Saige Stahl, Jay County’s Renna Schwieterman, East Central’s Josie Trabel, Tri’s Bailey Parham, South Bend Washington’s Amiyah Reynolds and Rashunda Jones, Lanesville’s Linzie Wernert, Hamilton Southeastern’s Olivia Brown and Riley Makalusky, Bedford North Lawrence’s Karsyn Norman, Trinity Lutheran’s Bailey Tabeling, Forest Park’s Amber Tretter, Ben Davis’ Cristen Carter, and Northwestern’s McKenna Layden.

The roster will be split into two teams and coached by Forest Park’s Tony Hasenour, Springs Valley’s Marty Niehaus, Noblesville’s Donna Buckley, and Avon’s Will Staal.

The boys all-star game roster includes; New Castle’s Gavin Welch, Ben Davis’ Zane Doughty and Sheridan Sharp, Bloomington North’s JQ Roberts, Carmel’s Sam Orme, Cathedral’s Xavier Booker, Jaron Tibbs and Jake Davis, Culver Academy’s Cooper Farrall, Greenfield-Central’s Dylan Moles, Heritage Christian’s Myles Colvin, Linton-Stockton’s Joey Hart, North Daviess’ Jaylen Mullen, Park Tudor’s Jermaine Coleman, Penn’s Markus Burton, Valparaiso’s Mason Jones, Zionsville’s Nick Richart and Logan Imes, Crown Point’s A.J. Lux, NorthWood’s Ian Raasch, New Palestine’s Ian Stephens, Anderson’s Ahmere Carson and Oak Hill’s Landon Biegel.

The coaching staff for the boys game has not been announced.
