Three Tigers selected to All-ICC Girls Basketball Team

A trio of Tigers were selected All-Conference by the Indiana Crossroads Conference.

The 12-player All-ICC Girls Basketball Team was recently announced and conference champion Triton Central had three representatives.

Sophomore Maryrose Felling (photo), who averaged 17.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.3 steals for Triton Central this past season, headlined the All-ICC squad.

 

 

Senior Brooklyn Bailey (photo), 12 points and 7.5 rebounds per game, also was one of the top vote getters in the selection process.

 

 

Senior Hailey Harris (photo), seven points, five rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.5 assists, also was honored by the conference coaches.

Also selected All-ICC were Beech Grove junior Mylee Boling (14.7 ppg, 10.8 rpg) and freshman Harper Moore (12.5 ppg, 5.5 rpg), Speedway seniors Alex DeLisle (12.4 ppg, 8.5 rpg) and Danielle Galvez (11.2 ppg, 6.5 rpg), Cascade senior Creedance Chittenden (9.5 ppg, 2.7 apg) and junior Chloe Smith (9 ppg, 2.6 rpg), Lutheran senior Grace King (16.9 ppg, 10.5 rpg), Monrovia senior Mary Cox (10.7 ppg, 8 rpg), and Ritter senior Nila Stubblefield (13 ppg).

Triton Central claimed the ICC title with a perfect 7-0 mark in a season where it finished 17-7.

Cascade was the runner-up at 6-1 (13-11 overall) ahead of Speedway (16-8, 5-2 ICC), Beech Grove (14-9, 4-3), Monrovia (13-10, 3-4), Lutheran (12-10, 2-5), Ritter (7-16, 1-6) and Scecina (8-17, 0-7).
